Automated Welding Workstation for Centrifugal Fan Impellers
This system comprises a welding robot system, dual-axis positioner, laser vision guidance system, and welding system. It automates the welding of centrifugal fan impellers, replacing manual labor. No human intervention is required during welding; operators only handle pre-welding loading and post-welding unloading.
