Cleaning Station Operating Principle:
The cleaning station is specifically designed for robotic welding torches and automatic welding guns equipped with automated welding systems. The robot controls the operation of this device, which also provides corresponding feedback signals to the robot.
The cleaning station utilizes rotating reamers to remove weld slag and impurities from the torch tip and nozzle.
The cleaning station features a complete oil spray function:
After cleaning the torch tip, anti-spatter fluid is sprayed to reduce the likelihood of slag re-adhesion. It also incorporates an automatic wire-cutting mechanism, electrically triggered by the robot controller or mechanically triggered by the welding torch.

Robot welding torch signals arrival at position ---- Cleaning station initiates operation (clamping, cleaning, and oil spraying completed simultaneously) ---- -- Robot waits for signal from cleaning station clamping cylinder------Robot moves to wire-cutting mechanism-------Robot welding torch signals wire-cutting------Wire-cutting complete!
