Rotary axis system: Equipped with two high-precision rotation axes, namely the horizontal rotary axis and the vertical tilt axis. The horizontal rotary axis adopts a large-diameter slewing bearing, which has strong load-bearing capacity and high rotation accuracy. It can achieve 360° continuous rotation and ensure uniform processing of the workpiece in the circumferential direction. The vertical tilt axis uses a specially designed lifting mechanism and rotating joint to tilt the workpiece within a certain angle range (such as ±120°) to meet processing requirements at different angles.
Work surface: The size of the work surface is customized according to actual application requirements, and generally has a larger load-bearing area to adapt to workpieces of different shapes and sizes. There are multiple positioning holes and T-slots on the table to facilitate the installation of various fixtures and tooling to ensure the accurate positioning and firm fixation of the workpiece during processing.
Drive system: Both axes are driven by high-power AC servo motors, and the power is transmitted to the rotating shaft through precision reducers and high-performance transmission devices (such as gear racks, chains, etc.). Servo motors have the advantages of fast response speed, high control accuracy, and smooth operation. They can achieve precise control of the rotational axis speed and angle and meet the requirements of different processing technologies.

The positioning accuracy of the horizontal rotary axis and vertical tilt axis can reach ±0.1°, which can meet the requirements for high precision workpiece processing processes, such as precision welding, laser cutting, etc.
Flexible motion control: Through the control system, the operator can easily set parameters such as the rotation speed, rotation angle, and tilt angle of the rotation axis to achieve multiple motion combinations of the workpiece. The equipment supports two modes: manual operation and automatic programming operation. In the manual operation mode, the operator can control the movement of the equipment in real time through the handle or control panel; in the automatic programming operation mode, the equipment can automatically operate according to the pre-written program to realize complex processing technology.
Good stability: The equipment was designed with full consideration of dynamic stability and anti-interference ability. By optimizing the structural design, adding damping devices and adopting a high-performance control system, the vibration and impact of the equipment during operation are effectively reduced, ensuring the stability and processing quality of the workpiece during processing.
