structural design

- L-shaped support arm: Usually made of high-strength steel, it has good rigidity and stability and can support the welding workpiece and achieve rotational movement.

- The positioner body: includes the positioner box, the first driving device installed at the upper end of the box and the base at the lower end. The base is fastened to the ground through expansion screws to ensure the stability of the equipment during operation.

- Rotating plate: Installed above the other side wall of the L-shaped support arm, it is used to install welding workpieces. Its surface is usually processed with standard threaded holes for installing positioning tooling, and is treated with blackening and anti-rust treatment.

- Driving device: It consists of a first driving device and a second driving device, which are used to drive the L-shaped support arm and the rotating disk to rotate respectively. Generally, a servo motor is used with a precision reduction gearbox to achieve precise speed control and angular positioning.

 

Working principle

Both axes of the L-shaped double-axis welding positioner are driven by servo motors, which allows the welding fixture to perform ±180° horizontal rotation while flipping. With the welding robot, through the adjustment of the control system, the welding workpiece can be rotated in all directions in space, thereby flipping the workpiece evenly or to various angles to adapt to the welding needs of different positions.

It is widely used in aviation, shipbuilding, chemical industry, electric power, automobile manufacturing, mechanical processing and other industries.
