1. Solution Overview
To enhance operational efficiency, based on the specific characteristics of your company's workpieces, we propose supplying one robotic welding workstation. This workstation comprises two Canopus CRP-RH20-10-W welding robots, welding power sources, robot-specific welding torches, electrical control systems and button stations, along with safety guarding (optional).
2. Welding Workpiece Specifications
Welding Wire Specification: Ф1.2mm
Welding Process: Gas Shielded Arc Welding (GMAW)
Weld Profile: Straight, Arc
Operating Mode: Manual loading/unloading, robotic automatic welding
Alignment Tolerance: ≤1mm
Pre-weld Preparation: Exposed metallic luster within twice the weld height on both sides of the weld line
3. Workflow
1. Operator places workpiece on Station 1. Upon pressing the scheduled start button, the robot commences welding.
2. Operator places workpiece on Station 2, presses scheduled start button, and waits for robotic welding.
3. After completing Station 1 welding, robot automatically begins welding Station 2.
4. Operator removes finished welded part from Station 1 and continues clamping workpieces.
5. Cycle repeats.
