At present, welded rail bases are basically used at home and abroad. In fact, in Germany and Japan, many machine tools also have welded lathes. This is closely related to their related technologies. In China, many large machine tool manufacturers also tried to use welded lathes, but they basically ended in failure. First, there was no accuracy, and second, they were in use. The deformation during the process is extremely large, and it is basically difficult to adjust. To put it bluntly, domestic materials, welding processes and equipment, and machining processes and equipment are far behind those of Germany and Japan. Therefore, the effective stroke of the seventh axis of the robot is relatively long. It is currently difficult to achieve precision and longevity in China. Therefore, a cast base is used. The performance of the cast base is obviously much better than that of the welded base. It has great advantages in terms of accuracy, deformation, and vibration absorption.

The newly developed robot walking system uses API laser interferometer to measure its walking positioning accuracy, straightness, repeat positioning accuracy, etc., and issues a measurement qualification report for each product.
